Delivery Information

All orders are processed and dispatched on working weekdays (Monday to Friday), with the exclusion of bank holidays. We use carriers such as FedEx and DPD to deliver your orders and are chosen based on several considerations such as your order size and delivery location. Any orders placed outside of working hours or on weekends will be processed the next working day per the delivery speed specified in your order.

For stocked items, any orders placed before 14:30 will be dispatched the same day. For any orders on products that are either on backorder or out of stock, our sales team will email you within 1 working day after receiving your order to advise of the stock status and an estimated delivery time. 

Items that are painted before delivery have a turnaround of 3-4 working days before being dispatched. You can learn more about our colour-matching service here.
